光环战争：终极版 hotfix升级档+免DVD补丁CODEX版

使用说明：

1.解压缩
2.运行update目录下的setup.exe安装升级档
3.复制codex目录下的文件到游戏安装目录
4.开始游戏

升级档安装步骤：

1.安装《光环战争：终极版》原版游戏：http://down.ali213.net/pcgame/halowarsg.html
2.安装本升级档

更新说明：

移除了Universal CRT，用户不再需要手动安装VC运行库，同时移除对Windows Media库的依赖

The hotfix moves Universal CRT to App-Local deployment, so users should no longer have to manually install VC redists. It also removes a dependency on Windows Media Foundation, which was affecting players with Windows N editions. 

We are aware of a few other issues and are working diligently to resolve them ?further updates are on the way.
