Fixed an issue where you could give the purse to Nancy while in trial.
Fixed an issue where player could use the bird in Hell. This also caused an issue where jumping was temporarily not working in Hell. This should be fixed now.

Fixed an issue where Heart had Missing translation when picked up.
Fixed an issue with the vegation causing missing DLL on some systems.
