Halloween Update (version 1.02)

We just uploaded an update that adds some new content and improves controller support.

New level "Hell" added (to unlock it in single player, all other maps must be completed).
New zombie customization objects added.
Main menu music added to the tracks that can be used in the level editor.
Controller can now be used in nearly every menu.
Fixed various movement bugs.
Colors of glowing circles, skulls and arrows in the editor are now saved.
The smaller hole setting on bars in the editor is now saved.
Emotes can now be performed with the controller (control pad right).
Fixed a bug that changed the game mode on user created maps.
Fixed various movement bugs.
Improved the overall performance.
