Update v20180824:
Fix to an issue where players could skip acquiring Pollo Glide, then become incapable of unlocking it
Fix to an issue in co-op where activating a save altar and a door/switch on the same frame could leave the door permanently closed
Added platforms so that players who lack Pollo Glide but had entered a secret challenge in the Jade Temple can now escape
Fix to a lockup that could occur when revisiting the room where the Jade Skeleton stomps
All Pollo Shot kills should now be counted toward upgrade unlocks
'Borderless window' screen mode added - improves stuttering experienced by some players
Allow toggling of vsync whether in windowed mode or not
Enable use of Nintendo Switch controller with the game on Steam
